Laura Waft

With an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BBA from the University of Michigan, Laura has been part of the Ivy Options team since 2017.

As a senior counselor, Laura has helped Ivy Options clients secure acceptances at leading universities such as Stanford, MIT, Penn, Brown, Georgetown, Duke, UC Berkeley, Cambridge, LSE, UCL, and the University of Toronto. What's the best time to start watching this course?

The ideal time to start is in the winter–early spring of grade 11/year 12. This gives you plenty of time to understand your funding options, build a strong scholarship strategy, and prepare the required materials before application deadlines. That said, the course is valuable at any stage of your journey, even if you’re already in grade 12 or have started applying.

Does the course include actual scholarship examples and application tips?

Yes! You’ll get real examples of merit and talent scholarships, learn what selection committees look for, and learn how to fill out CSS Profile if you're applying to the US.
